A little more about Nicole…

When I bought my first home, it was a big deal. Not just financially. Emotionally.

I didn't grow up in a home my family owned. We moved a lot, and for a long time, homeownership felt like something that belonged to other people. Not us. When I finally bought my own home, it was the first time I truly felt financial security, stability, and a sense of belonging I had never had before.

That experience is why I do this work. And it's why helping first-time buyers, especially those becoming the first homeowner in their family, means more to me than I can put into words.

I've been in the mortgage industry since 2004, which means I've seen just about every market, rate environment, and loan scenario you can imagine. Over 21 years I've had the privilege of helping thousands of families get to closing day, and I don't take that lightly.

I'm based in the Golden Corner of Upstate South Carolina, with a focus on Pickens, Oconee, and Anderson Counties. I'm also licensed in North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. No two loans are ever the same, and that's exactly what I love about this work.

My approach is simple. I'll tell you the truth, answer your texts, and work as hard for you as my grandmother worked for our family. She raised me and taught me that if you're willing to put in the effort, you can accomplish anything. I bring that mindset to every single client.

When I'm not working, you'll find me on the water with my husband Jason, our daughter Ashlyn, and our friends. Or lost in a good book. I'm also an active volunteer with our local food bank, because community matters.
